EPS Software Corp. Releases Update for CODE Framework
Houston, TX – October 21, 2014… EPS Software Corp., CODE, and Markus Egger Inc. are proud to announce a CODE Framework update. The CODE Framework is available for download on Codeplex at http://codeframework.codeplex.com
CODE is proud to announce a new release of CODE Framework (v4.0.40304.0). This build includes an unusually large list of enhancements, ranging from minor enhancements of existing features to significant additions to many of the included themes. In particular, the recently added “Wildcat” theme has been fleshed out further with a significant number of new features.
This build also features new “layout components” such as the new “Property Sheet” panel (which arranges controls similar to how Visual Studio would display a list of properties in the IDE) or the new “Multi Panel” control (which is capable of laying out multiple panels on a screen in various ways).
The new version has also updated the default .NET Framework target version number to 4.5.1 as used in Visual Studio 2013. A further improvement to the tools allows developers using older versions (such as 4.0 as ships with Visual Studio 2010, and 4.5 as ships with Visual Studio 2012) to keep using those environments, as all templates now have the ability to sense the Visual Studio version they are used with and automatically re-target the build to the appropriate .NET Framework version and profile.
A detailed list of all changes can be found at: http://codeframework.codeplex.com
As always, this build is free and open-source and can be downloaded from http://codeframework.codeplex.com
