Houston, TX – January 2, 2013… On January 2nd, Microsoft named Joseph Reynolds, Senior Software Developer and Software Architect for EPS Software Corp., Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) for Visual C#. Joe now joins the ranks of nearly 4,000 MVPs worldwide.
EPS/CODE is happy to announce the continuation of a great company tradition. Joseph Reynolds, a senior EPS developers, has been awarded with the Microsoft MVP Award (Most Valuable Professional) for 2013 for his achievements in the .NET, and especially the C# community. The Microsoft MVP Award is awarded to professional software developers with an exceptionally high degree of know-how and influence as well as an unusual degree of dedication to the developer community.
EPS has a long tradition of producing professionals awarded as Microsoft MVPs. Over time, EPS has received more individual MVP awards than other company. This includes Markus Egger, the President and Chief Software Architect of EPS, who was received the Microsoft MVP award for 17 consecutive years, and is thus the longest continuous MVP Award recipient. EPS is proud to continue this tradition.
The Microsoft MVP award started in 1990 meant to recognize exceptional community leaders in the technology field. These leaders share their industry experience with others in effort to further community development and help professionals create high quality software. Longevity is not taken into account when MVP nominees are interviewed; previous title-holders must undergo the same scrutiny. Community members, current MVPs, or Microsoft staff may nominate someone for an MVP award. The award may be in a wide variety of categories ranging from Xbox to Visual Developer Team System.
With a Bachelor in Psychology, a Masters in IT, and graduate work in Technical Communications, Joe is able to offer a unique variety of services to EPS Software and its customers.
